The Channel is the official means for reporting, in good faith, suspected misconduct, irregularities, or violations of our Code of Ethics, internal policies, or applicable laws, including workplace or sexual harassment, discrimination, fraud, conflicts of interest, and other inappropriate conduct. It is also the appropriate place to seek guidance on ethical or compliance-related matters.

Who can use it

The channel is open at any time to employees, interns, apprentices, administrators, third parties, service providers, transporters, suppliers, customers, visitors, and other interested parties that have a relationship with Glovis.

• Free choice of identification — the report can be made with identification or completely anonymously.

• Protection against retaliation — no one who reports in good faith will suffer any form of retaliation; retaliatory conduct is considered a serious violation.
• Follow-up on the report — you receive a reference number to track the progress and provide additional information whenever you wish, while maintaining anonymity.
